Robot usado de soldadura de arco Reis en pista, eje 7t con doble posicionador servocontrolado

Year 2002. 6 axis industrial robot Reis type SRV6 (Robotstar V controller) suspended on a 17 m hub linear track. Two 1 axis servocontrolled positioners 8 m length (head-tailstock) along the track with a nominal payload of 2500 kg each.
These two positioners make each alternatively load and unload stations for the welding process.
The robot is equipped with a Fronius TPS4000 synergic power source, water-cooled, 400 A. The whole system is completed with a torch cleaning station.
